After experiencing career burnout, navigating toxic work environments, and facing personal hardships—including the loss of my mother—I gained a new perspective. I realized I no longer wanted to stay in situations that didn’t serve me. Instead, I committed to identifying my strengths, aligning my work with my values, and building a career that was both fulfilling and impactful. That decision led me to coaching—a profession where I could help others take charge of their careers, leadership, and life with clarity and confidence.

Volunteer Leadership

As a committed leader in the coaching community, I proudly serve on the ICF South Florida Leadership Team as a Board Coach. In this role, I support the Board Members—including the President, Vice Presidents, and Directors—in developing their leadership styles, strengthening their confidence, and excelling in their roles. This work allows me to contribute to the growth of the coaching profession and mentor fellow leaders as they shape their vision and impact.

Beyond Coaching

Outside of coaching, I’m passionate about yoga, Pilates, traveling, studying art history, and cheering on the University of Florida football team. I love soaking up the Florida sun, exploring the performing arts, and spending time with my family—including my two silly kitties.
